Last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Orders
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy a personalised product from us. We’ll confirm acceptance of your order by email once payment has been processed.
2. Personalised products
Because every book is printed specifically with the photos and names you provide, personalised orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started, except where the finished product is faulty or significantly different from what you ordered.
3. Content you upload
You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is unlawful or violates these terms.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
5. Returns & refunds
Every Mebo Book is personalised and printed specifically for your child. Because of this bespoke nature, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has entered production.
Before printing. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before printing begins. Once you approve the final preview and the book is sent to print, the order is final.
Damaged or defective books. We stand behind our quality. If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the faulty book.
Personalisation errors. Please double-check your child’s name and photo placement during the preview stage. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for personalisation details that were approved before printing.
To request a return or refund, please email us with your order number.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for things that can’t be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
